For those watching the live feeds, we already know who Alex and Amanda have nominated.

What is up next for us, or at least what we expect to happen in the next day or two, is the Power of Veto (POV) competition.

This little competition was devised for Big Brother 3 as a way to mix things up a little.

So tonight I got myself to thinkin'...

Some of the house guests are pretty mad about their "soulmate"; matches and I can't blame them.  Both Allison and Parker are stuck with people that have to have more loyalty to elsewhere.  Adam and Shelia must each feel like they got stuck with the worst person in the house.

One way to change the game up some and give those people a chance to rectify their situation?

How about every couple competes for the POV. The winner gets to save ONE person of a nominated couple.  They would be removed from the couple and the HoH would have to replace that person with ONE person - thus mixing up TWO couples.

As an example.  Lets say that Ryan and Allison were nominated, along with another couple.  If say, Matt and Natalie won the POV they might decide to use it and save Allison.  Alex and Amanda then would have to replace Allison - maybe they would replace her with Shelia.  Then Shelia and Ryan would be partners and nominated and Jen and Adam would be partners and safe.

How would that be for a twist?
