I absolutely loved how Big Brother this evening showed Sheila going on about being nominated. Regardless of whether or not Adam did the wrong or right thing, did she think she'd be free from being put up on the block for the rest of the game? Seriously, the 45-year-old-single-mother has done barely anything competition-related. I will give her her due though and say she's pretty damned good at getting the house stirred up. But come on Sheila, it's a game. You thought you would skate on through without another nomination? Really? Ya think?

Poor little buttercup Adam just faded after being called out. He really could have made a power move and, I'm going to call it right here and now by saying this, but he would have gone further in the game with James still in the house over Natalie or carbohydrate-laden Rye-bread. Would he probably have lost their votes when they went to the jury house? Yeah. But he still would have been able to get James out later down the road and even if he was up against James in the finals, $50,000 is better than just his stipend. Ya think?

It was interesting that Big Brother showed us so much tonight about Adam's regretful decision. Was it a move to cover the bad publicity they received in this blog and many other sites on the internet regarding Adam saying on the feeds that Big Brother forced his hand in his nominations? I'm not sure. The reason I say that is because, ultimately, it was Adam's decision. He made it and had to deal with the consequences. But Big Brother certainly tried to cover their tracks this evening if what Adam said late last week was certainly true. Really, after seeing what I saw last week and then tonight, I think Adam just realized what a horrible position he put himself in when it comes to those still left in the house -- especially when it comes to that gal from the Beaver State. OK, that and he has no spine and doesn't want to start trouble since he can't win HOH next week. Ya think?

There wasn't much humor in tonight's show. The POV competition was rather straightforward and had them kneeling before the god of Otev or whatever its name was. I was shocked Big Brother didn't give us a soundbite from Natalie about kneeling before false gods because you know she had to have said something about that in the diary room. I bet if it was a stripper pole that had dollar bills falling from the top of it, she would have kneeled rather quickly and her eyes would have glistened at the thought of extra money. Ya think?

Sheila's cleaning up after the young'uns segment was a negative on the humor scale. Wow, I don't think we've ever had an "older person" in the house complain about cleaning up after the "younger persons" in the house before. I believe she's the first that's ever done that. Amazingly, I seem to recall Natalie and Sharon cleaning out the showers several times. I've watched James and Adam do dishes too many times to count. I guess she just likes to think she's the only one that does anything. But then, that doesn't surprise me with her. Ya think?

The Power of Veto ceremony was rather uneventful. Ryan used it on Sheila (*yawn*) and Adam put James up on the block. His reason for that was because it's a game and that he didn't want the rest of the house mad at him again. Do any of you see his L2 vertebrae? He lost L1 the other day and he's now missing this one. Perhaps it fell into the toilet during a lengthy bathroom visit. Pretty soon, there won't be much left to hold him upright. Ya think?

Tomorrow evening, barring some outrageous intervention from God or Otev, James will be evicted during the live show. The only thing that we're all truly waiting for is to find out who will win the next HOH. It won't be Adam and it won't be James (since he'll probably be gone). What did you think about the show tonight? Do you think Adam made the right (cowardly) choice in handing the POV victory over to Ryan? What did you think about the segment with Sharon and James talking in the bedroom late at night and getting all emotional? Let me know in the comments what you think and don't forget to surf on over here tomorrow evening at 8:00 PM ET to follow along with the live show. Durrrrrr!
