Famous for his role as the loveable nitwit mechanic, Lowell Mather, on the long-running sitcom, “Wings” (NBC, 1990-97), actor Thomas Haden Church first broke into show business as a radio deejay and voice-over announcer. Church left “Wings” in 1995 to headline his own short-lived series on rival Fox, the underappreciated “Ned and Stacey” (Fox, 1995-97).
