America's Sweetheart is embroiled in a messy -- and public -- custody battle with a porn star. Yup. Can a TV movie be far behind?
Porn star Janine Lindemulder is claiming that Sandra Bullock is keeping her from seeing her 5-year-old daughter. Bullock is married to Lindemulder's ex-husband and father of the child, Jesse James.
Bullock and James have been raising his daughter for the past year while Lindemulder was in prison for tax evasion. Now, Lindemulder is going to the media with her story and accusing Bullock of trying to steal her daughter. Like we said: Messy.
Bullock has said in a written statement that she is concerned for the welfare of the child when she's around her mother.
