We have to agree with your pick. We can't enough of Rihanna's risk-taking, trendsetting style. It must have been all those stylish red carpet appearances and her daring on-stage costumes full of feathers, frills and fringe. Her love of color puts Rihanna on our good side. She rocks the red carpet in bold red, purple and yellow, or keeps her look sleek in black and silver. Her funky fashion sense, trendsetting haircuts and bold, bright makeup keep us guessing, and we can't wait to see what Rihanna will do in 2009.
