A Canadian ingenue who has never had a formal acting lesson, Rachel Blanchard has nevertheless been working steadily since before her 10th birthday. The pert blonde made it to weekly primetime inheriting the role of Beverly Hills teen extraordinaire Cher Horowitz in the sitcom version of "Clueless" (ABC, 1996-97; UPN 1997-99). A native of Toronto, Blanchard broke into acting in a commercial for McDonald's and went on to co-star in "Alex: The Life of a Child" (ABC, 1986), which was filmed in her Canada.
