A versatile, multi award-winning artist whose prolific film work during the 1960s and 70s ran the gamut from the lightly comedic "Walk, Don't Run" (1966) to the chilling "In Cold Blood" (1967), Quincy Jones has also enjoyed noted collaborations with Sidney Lumet, particularly on "The Pawnbroker" (1965) and "The Anderson Tapes" (1971). His film scores encompass discordant, atonal compositions as well as more conventional melodies.
