While many writers find themselves fortunate to do well in either film or television, or comedy or drama, Peter Tolan has managed to be a quadruple threat – finding success and branching out into producing and directing as well. Tolan developed a passion for writing and performing while growing up in New England. While studying theater at the University of Massachusetts – Amherst, he wrote and produced a series of musical comedy shows about campus life. After college, he found work as an actor and writer at Dudley Rigg’s Brave New Workshop in Minneapolis. After that, he moved to New York
