Once Tom Cruise's agent at Creative Artists Agency, Paula Wagner joined him in forming the Paramount Pictures-based, Cruise/Wagner Productions in 1993. The team scored a box office hit with its first venture, the theatrical version of the TV series "Mission: Impossible" in 1996.
