Nicole Richie and boyfriend Joel Madden are expecting their second child. The couple is wasting no time expanding their family. Daughter Harlow Winter Kate Madden just celebrated her first birthday on January 11. In a message on the Good Charlotte Web site, Joel wrote, "I am so happy to tell everyone that Harlow is going to be a big sister! God has truly blessed my family."
