Born in Houston, Texas and raised in Hinsdale, Illinois, actress Meredith Monroe is best-known for her 1998-2000 regular role on The WB's hit "Dawson's Creek". As Andie McPhee, the lithe blonde impressed Joshua Jackson's Pacey as well as viewers as Capeside's bright and charming new entrant.
