The star-studded Michael Jackson memorial service just keeps getting bigger.

Mariah Carey and Jennifer Hudson are among the celebrities tapped to appear Tuesday at the Staples Center in Los Angeles. TMZ reports that Carey will sing the Jackson 5 tune, "I'll Be There" -- and we believe them, seeing as how they broke the MJ death story. CNN, meantime, reports that Hudson will also take the stage.

Other scheduled guests include Stevie Wonder, Usher, John Mayer, Lionel Richie, Kobe Bryant, Magic Johnson, Smokey Robinson, the 12-year-old kid who sang a Michael Jackson song on Britain's Got Talent, and Brooke Shields, who briefly dated Jackson in the '80s.

Not on the guest list: Debbie Rowe, the mother of Jackson's children.
