A beautiful leading lady of British and American film and TV, Lesley-Anne Down began her career as a model at age 10. She was named the "Prettiest Teenager in England" and began acting about six years later and has gone on to perform in numerous popular entertainments. On TV, Down first became known to US audiences as Georgina Worsley on "Upstairs, Downstairs" (aired on PBS' "Masterpiece Theater").
