Kate Hudson and Anne Hathaway worked the Tiffany blue carpet at the New York premiere of Bride Wars looking like the ultimate complimentary duo -- bride and groom. Kate donned a white and navy Oscar de la Renta gown with a bridal structure, while Anne wore a black Band of Outsiders tuxedo.
At first glance you might think, "what an unfortunate and bizarre coincidence," but oh no this bride and groom styling was intentional; Rachel Zoe even had her hand in the mix. The stylist worked with both actresses for the premiere and told WWD that the bride and groom idea actually came from Anne and Kate. "Kate had this idea in her head," Zoe said. "She wanted to play off the whole bridal theme of the movie and do something over the top. It had the drama of a bridal gown but it wasn't totally bridal." "It was Annie's idea to do a tuxedo," Zoe added, "and my initial reaction was that they were going to look like a bride and groom ... and she liked that."
We find the whole thing a bit over the top, but what do you think of Kate and Anne's bride and groom look?
