A comedic stage actress and improviser who spent many years paying her dues in Chicago, New York and Los Angeles clubs, Kate Flannery experienced her first wave of notoriety for her role as the office drunk, Meredith Palmer, in the Emmy-winning sitcom, “The Office” (NBC, 2005- ).
