A talented youngster, the dark-haired Joseph Ashton first appeared before the camera as an infant in a McDonald's commercial. After appearing on stage as a Munchkin in "The Wizard of Oz", he went on to numerous other commercials and guest appearances on such TV series as "Smart Guy", "Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman" and "Cracker". In 1996, Ashton made his feature film debut in the ensemble of "The Little Rascals".
