A former Jim Henson employee who cut his teeth on “The Muppet Show” (ITV/syndicated, 1976-1981), John Stevenson worked his way through the film and television animation ranks as a storyboard artist and consultant on a wide variety of acclaimed projects, including “Toy Story 2” (1999), “Shrek” (2001) and “Madagascar” (2005).
