The other half of TV's most prolific producing duo. Falsey began his career as a writer on the series "The White Shadow", where he met fellow writer and future partner Joshua Brand. In 1982 the two co-wrote and produced the first season of the long-running series "St. Elsewhere" (1982). From there he worked as a supervising producer for Steven Spielberg's "Amazing Stories" series. Along with Brand, he co-wrote and executive produced the Emmy-winning miniseries "A Year in the Life" (1986), which spawned the short-lived series of the same title.
