biography

After becoming an established journalist in the 1960s, the British-born Jane Scott segued to work in the film industry. Initially, she spent three years at the British Film Institute, moving from distribution to production. By 1972, Scott became involved with the filming of Bruce Beresford's "The Adventures of Barry McKenzie" and went on to spend most of that decade commuting between England and Australia.
