Hugh Jackman has been named People magazine's Sexiest Man Alive for 2008. The magazine describes the Aussie actor, soon to be seen alongside Nicole Kidman in Australia, as all scruff and biceps. I'm not sure what that's all about, but moving on. Co-star Nicole Kidman weighs in telling People, "Women's jaws drop when Hugh walks into a room," and Jackman's wife of 12 years, Deborra-Lee Furness, refers to his physique as "the Body of Doom." How sweet.
The issue includes a list of other super-sexy men, including the buffest Bond Daniel Craig, teen heartthrob Zac Efron, dreamy vampire Robert Pattinson and the always-in-style David Beckham. Former Sexiest Man Alive recipients include George Clooney, Matt Damon, Brad Pitt and Jude Law, in recent years.
