Heidi Klum, 35, and Seal, 46, are expecting another child, according to sources from PEOPLE and Usmagazine.com. Rumors surrounded the Project Runway hostess after sketches were leaked of her wardrobe for an upcoming event -- a couture gown had been redesigned to accommodate Heidi's growing belly.

The couple already have three children -- Johan, 2; Henry, 3; and Leni, 4, who is the biological daughter of Italian businessman Flavio Briatore. Sources say baby number four is due this fall.
