By the age of 21, Heather McComb had already amassed a resume that many of her peers would envy. A child actor who successfully made the transition to more adult roles, the attractive New Jersey native began her career at age two appearing in a TV commercial for Publisher's Clearing House. Other advertisements and the occasional TV role (i.e., "Fame") followed. A pre-teen McComb made an auspicious film debut as the title character in the Francis Ford Coppola-directed "Life With Zoe" segment of "New York Stories" (1989).
