People is reporting that Tom Brady proposed to Gisele Bundchen on Friday in Los Angeles. The New England Patriots quarterback gave the Brazilian supermodel a diamond solitaire. "The couple is discussing a huge fashionista event in the spring or a more intimate and quicker ceremony in Costa Rica, where Gisele has a home," a source told People.

Gisele and Tom have both been in other high-profile relationships. Gisele ended her longtime romance with Leonardo DiCaprio in 2005, and Tom was previously involved with Bridget Moynahan, with whom he has a child. This will be the first marriage for both.
