biography
English actress Georgie Henley jumped from grade school plays to major motion pictures in 2005 when she was cast as Lucy, the youngest of the Pevensie children who saves the mythical land of Narnia in “The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, The Witch and the Wardrobe.” Despite her novice status, Henley was widely praised for her performance and won several awards from critical associations. After a brief stint as the young Jane Eyre in a 2006 BBC 1 serial, she returned to the role of Lucy in the 2008 “Narnia” sequel, “Prince Caspian.”
