A British director and screenwriter, Garth Jennings, along with producer Nick Goldsmith, was one half of the production team Hammer & Tongs. He and Goldsmith spent a decade producing award-winning music videos and TV commercials before breaking into feature films with the 2005 film adaptation of Douglas Adams’, “The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy.”Jennings was born in England and met production partner Nick Goldsmith while the pair were attending art school.
