Amiable young lead, best known as the overly supportive, puppy-dog-like jazz fan in Bertrand Tavernier's "'Round Midnight" (1985) and the betrayed husband in Bertrand Blier's "Trop Belle pour Toi/Too Beautiful for You" (1989). Cluzet has also appeared in three Claude Chabrol films: "Le Cheval d'orgueil/The Horse of Pride" (1979), "Les Fantomes du Chapelier/The Hatter's Ghosts" (1981) and "Story of Women" (1988).
