Pros:
She seems to be in almost every movie that comes out these days (she appeared in six movies in 2008 and that doesn't include her TV work) and she's slowly becoming more than "that hot chick from 40-Year-Old Virgin. She's got a ways to go yet, but I'm seeing progress.

Cons:
She's appears to be a watered down version of Katherine Heigl at this point.
