Character player, often in tough guy roles, who began his screen career in a series of Russ Meyer exploitation movies. Napier has appeared in several films directed by Jonathan Demme, but is probably best known as Sylvester Stallone's bureaucratic nemesis in "Rambo: First Blood Part II" (1985).
