Cameron Diaz charmed us when accepting her star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in an adorable white dress paired with a red patent belt and shoes. The lace Oscar de la Renta dress was a flirty and chic choice, full of old Hollywood style, and the bold accessories gave the look a modern touch.
