The former manager of business affairs for Mel Gibson, Bruce Davey entered into partnership with the actor in ICON Productions in 1988. The Australian native went on to co-produce nearly all of Gibson's starring vehicles of the 1990s, including Franco Zeffirelli's "Hamlet" (1990), "Forver Young" (1992), "The Man Without a Face" (1993), which also marked Gibson's directorial debut, "Maverick" (1994) and "Braveheart" (1995).
