It looks like Britney Spears is mixing business and pleasure. A source tells PEOPLE that the pop star is dating her agent, Jason Trawick, and her family approves of the pairing. According to the source, Britney's dad, Jamie Spears, loves Jason.

Trawick has been photographed with the pop star in recent months and even traveled with Britney and her sons, Preston, 3, and Jayden, 2, to the Bahamas in May. "He makes Britney really happy, and he's great with the boys," said the source. Britney's rep had no comment.
