This sultry, deep-voiced brunette first rose to national attention as the growling cat-like seductress posed on a rug and pitching Top Brass hair dressing in the early 1960s. Barbara Feldon then became part of TV history playing Agent 99, more intelligent than her beloved Maxwell Smart as they fought the forces of K.A.O.S. on the "Get Smart" (NBC, 1965-69; CBS, 1969-70), and its sequels.Feldon moved to New York after graduating from the famed drama department of Carnegie-Mellon (then Carnegie Institute of Technology) in her native Pittsburgh.
